RESTRICTIVE COVENANT Q & A - FEATURING Realtor, PATTI PROCTOR, DAVID LYNCH, AND Lawyer JOE MILLER
Tuesday, June 9th, 7 - 9 pm, Windsor Park Community Hall
Neighbours have asked some great questions about restrictive covenants including:
· Why should someone put an RC on their property if their neighbour chooses not to?
· What are the development possibilities for a property with an RC on it?
· Can having an RC increase property value?
· Is Windsor Park still a desirable neighbourhood for people looking to buy a single family home?
· Is it too late to turn to an RC to slow unwanted, large scale, development in Windsor Park?
Come to our Q & A the evening of June 9 to hear answers to these and any other questions you might have!
